New Year's Eve Party @ Club Quattro K avenue (Edited)

What set out to be a great plan to celebrate the New Year's eve turned out to be a disaster. After going through such pain and agony just to get into a club was very disappointing. We planned to organize a party a Quattro to celebrate the countdown just like anybody else in the Klang Valley but i must say that due to poor management and lack of systems, our plans for the night was cancelled.

We made reservations at Quattro nearly a week before the event and we had plans to open 2 bottles for the night with additional orders deemed fit as we had around 10 people attending the party there. Due to some mishaps, 5 of them couldn't turn up as they had met with an accident at around 8pm on that very night.

So we thought that we would continue with the plans as we had made the reservations. Little did we know that the reservations system was so FUCKED that it took us about 30 mins just to get into the club.

If you thought that was a nightmare, wait till you see the table that they've reserved for us. It was a miserable round table for the 10 of us. Imagine 10 people trying to fit all their glasses on 1 single round table? Where will the ice and mixers go? This was the exact question I asked the waiters, captains, supervisors and finally the manager.

While we were making a big fuss of where we were at, we conveniently moved to a bigger table and swapped the table tags. Unfortunately, the manger came in and said that was his table and we were supposed to move back to our table.

After explaining the whole story from the beginning to him, I demanded a refund for the 2 bottles so that I can take my money somewhere else. At least I would be welcomed there rather than the FUCKED UP service provided by Quattro

My whole New Year's Eve mood was fucked by the whole thing till I wasn't in the mood to go anywhere else but home. Unfortunately, I was not alone and had to play along with my friends. I hate to be a party popper but sometime things like this really puts you out of the mood.

If I knew this would have happened, I wouldn't have gone to FUCKING Quattro in the first place. Thanks to Quattro, my whole New Year's Eve plan was FUCKED!!!!!!. I hope I get a bloody good explanation from them. If not, I'll never set foot into that place again.

This was the reply I've got from Quattro.

Hi Edward.

It is with much regret to hear of your unpleasant experience with us on New Year's Eve. Your comments are indeed constructive and will definately help us to further improve on our service.

Our minimum bottle purchase per table ruling is a system which we have designed to ensure that our bottle spending customers get at least a table to place their bottles, mixers etc. Our customers who books on our VIP tables have appreciated this ruling even more, as they are guaranteed a much comfortable and private area to club. Each VIP table has a minimum 3 premium bottles purchase requirement on regular Thursdays to Saturdays. Indeed, this piece of information has to be related to our customers while taking down reservations. If we have not done so, we sincerely apologize for it. Rest assure that we will constantly strive to make things better for our customers.

Requests for number of tables required can be made when making reservations through our reservations department. This is especially important to us on nights like New Years Eve, when we have to carefully organize our seating arrangements due to the large number of reservations we had to manage.

We sincerely hope to have you here at our club again, and to give us a chance to provide you a much improved clubbing experience.

Yours truly,

Colin

Do you seriously think that this kind of explanation suffice the amount of telephone calls made to them to confirm things and they don't even bother telling you the minimum bottles in order to make a reservation? On top of that, if you decide to buy 2 bottles, then you will be accorded with only 1 fucking round table which is just enough to place the 2 bottles, some mixers and 1 bucket of ice. Are you going to hold on to your glasses the whole night due to the space constraint?
